National Talent Identification Pistol Power Program
In conjunction with the Australian Sports Commission, our principal sponsor,  AISL has embarked on a Talent Identification Development program built around the pistol program under the National Head Coach, Anatoly Babushkin.
The program will seek to identify talent and support that talent by the appointment of Regional Coaches.
After some delays in establishing the program, the first campwas held in Adelaide this week in sweltering heat. An overview of the camp will be added to this site next week; however in the short term the following is a photo of the group just prior to heading for the airport.
There are five Olympians in this photo can you name them?

The National Talent Identification Program is a department within the Australian Sports Commission’s division of Sports Performance and Development. Formally known as ‘ Talent Search’ the primary objective of the program is to deliver medal success at national and international levels for the Olympic sport of Pistol Shooting.

It is through targeted and focused programs that we hope to deliver medal success at the 2012 London Olympics. The Pistol program involves a dedicated approach to establishing and maintaining a national feeder program to the current High Performance Shooting Program.

The program has a focus on young shooters in the age range of 12-21 years and talent transfer from 20-25 years old. We currently have a very promising and large list of NTID athletes. Under the National Head Coach, Anatoly Babushkin, the program will seek to identify talent and support that talent by the appointment of Regional Coaches.

After some delays in establishing the program, the first camp was held in Adelaide recently. This is a photo of the group just prior to heading for the airport. There are five Olympians in this photo can you name them?
