COACHING UPDATE Club Coach (old Level 1) released pdf Competition Coach (old level 2) To assist in ensuring the correct allocation of discipline and membership the following changes have taken place. Those, previously listed as Level 1 Full Bore Coach; will now list as Club Coach Fullbore Rifle (NRAA) previously listed as Level 1 Sporting Clays Coach; will now list as Club Coach Shotgun (F&GFA) previously listed as Level 1 Clay Target Coach; will now list as Club Coach Shotgun (ACTA) previously listed as Level 1 Pistol Coach; will now list as Club Coach Pistol (PA) previously listed as Level 1 Target Rifle (Small Bore)Coach; will now list as Club Coach Smallbore Rifle (TRA)
All the coaches that were "Level 1 xxxxx” have now been transferred to "Club Coach xxxxx (xxx)" status and all accreditation’s have now been uploaded. In order to streamline the reaccreditation process member bodies are asked to please, 1.Note those with current accreditation – no issue 2.Those expired in the last 18 months and seeking reaccreditation need either a.Do the assessment as outlined or b.Have the relevant member body sign off that they (the coach)are competent and meet the requirements 3.Those past the 18 months expiration – please a.confirm whether they are currently active or b.as per 2 above 4.Those more than 3 years past need to do the course. 5.advise of any who are no longer members, deceased or simply no longer coach. 6.Coaches listed under the categories above must be registered financial members of an AISL affiliated Organisation 7.It is in the interests of all to ensure that coaches are up to date and to that end a refresher course is encouraged. All correspondence relating to coaching accreditation must come through your National Body’s office to avoid communication issues we have experienced.
All coaches who are/were accredited as Level 2 will be converted to Competition Coach. Please note that Club Coach is a prerequisite for Competition Coach. 
The Australian Sports Commission in consultation with national sporting organisations, have developed a new online service for all coaches and officials accredited under the National Coaching Accreditation Scheme (NCAS) and National Officiating Accreditation Scheme (NOAS) – Sports Accreditation Online.
The new site provides access to accreditation and training program details plus a range of educational resource material via a web based interface.
