His expert consistency, professionalism and great form have earned him merit and international accolades in the Men's 50m Rifle Prone event.

Speaking about his career highlights through 2009, Warren said, "I was confident of doing well at the World Cups last year, after winning two cups in a row. This is something that has only been done twice previously that I know of, including once by myself in 2007."

"I thought I had a chance of winning three in a row in Munich, which didn’t happen."

He added, "My win in Milan was very satisfying due to the tough conditions on the range that day, and it gave me three wins for the year, which had also never been done before."

"Coming third at the World Cup final topped off an amazing year, something which would be very hard to repeat in the future."

"The support I have from AISL and the Australian Sports Commission helped me to gain the success I have had the last four years," Warren said.

Along with his passion for the sport, Warren embodies the spirit of true sportmanship. AISL congratulates Warren on his success, and wishes him the very best for the future!
